Subscription Terms

1. Subscription period

All subscriptions to the FM Analyst Ratings portal are for a minimum period of one year from the date of first payment. Monthly subscriptions (R1,000 per month inclusive of VAT) are billed monthly but commit the subscriber to a minimum of 12 monthly payments. Annual subscriptions (R10,000 per year inclusive of VAT) are billed in a single annual payment.

2. Cancellation

Subscribers may cancel their subscription at any time after the minimum one-year period has elapsed. To cancel, log in to your account at fmanalysts.co.za/membership-account and follow the cancellation instructions, or contact us at svanblerk@krutham.com.

Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused time within a billing period.

Cancellation requests submitted before the minimum one-year period has elapsed will not be processed until that period is complete. The subscription will remain active and billing will continue until the one-year minimum is fulfilled.

3. Payment

Payments are processed securely by PayFast, an independent payment gateway. Your card details are never shared with FM Top Analyst Awards or Krutham. All prices are inclusive of VAT at the standard South African rate.

4. Access

Subscriptions are for single-user access only. Sharing of login credentials is not permitted. Member firm access, which covers unlimited users at an institution, is available by separate arrangement — contact us at member firm enquiry.

5. Data and content

The FM Analyst Ratings data is owned jointly by JSE, Krutham and Financial Mail. Subscribers may access and use the data for their own internal research and analysis purposes. Redistribution, republication or commercial resale of the data in any form is prohibited without prior written consent.
