Annual subscriptions
Annual subscriptions are non-refundable. On cancellation, you retain access to the portal until the end of your paid subscription year.
Monthly subscriptions
Monthly subscriptions are billed one month at a time. We do not refund the current billing period, but you may cancel at any time to prevent future charges. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
Institutional (member firm) subscriptions
Refund terms for institutional subscriptions are set out in the individual agreement between Krutham and the member firm. Please refer to your agreement or contact us at analysts@krutham.co.za for queries.
Service disruptions
If the portal is unavailable for an extended period due to causes within our control, we will credit affected subscribers on a pro-rata basis for the period of disruption. We will assess each case on its merits and contact affected subscribers directly.
How to request a refund
Send your request to analysts@krutham.co.za with your account email address and the reason for the request. We will respond within five business days.
Consumer Protection Act
Nothing in this policy limits any rights you hold under the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008 or any other applicable South African legislation.
